How do I find out who owns a certain piece of property in California? - who owns mennen

I know that in California can you find a particular piece of property bc all public record. But if I search a private house, how shall I do? Basically, we can create a house from someone who rent and want to make sure you own the house. Thank you!

Go to the court for the district for the county where the property is located in an area where (if not a court would only fully independent real estate), which contains / information on the tax status of each object in this county.

Moreover, a simple way if the community is high technology (most counties are now), all of which the most information can be found online on the website. Referred to in my area (GIS Government Information). All this information is public, and you should have no problem with it.

There are better systems, you can apply online in search of better jobs, access, etc., but mostly for free. If there is something you often, I highly recommend it. If not, it's not worth the money only go to court, or GIS for a quick search and casual.

Ask a real estate agent you will find the profile of the property by title. That is very easy and probably will not be billed.
