Training for a 10k run? - badminton training program
I just turned 15 and I will begin at the annual 10k in early March.
I took last year and stopped at 61.46 minutes, without training, I thought the process for this year to share my time, better to sport a week I mean:
Monday: 1 hours Netball
Tuesday: 2 hours 1 hours Badminton Hockey
Wednesday: 1 hour Fitness
Thursday: 1 hours + 1 hour hockey PE (physical education at school:)
Friday: nothing
Saturday: 2 hours dance
Sunday: nothing
Suggest training programs and comprehensive programs to run for more tips to make the 10 km.
