ok ...... I have a slider phone from Samsung and when I connect the camera, or did the camera or the camera will not only show open, so strange that the colors of the rainbow. I know what I do to resolve this problem b / c I was not able to take pictures for a while. If I do see the camera settings and the impact of the unit, always make sure it is set to the impact that the problem can not produce. Lol Anywho ... any advice is an important contribution! :) Thank you all LOL!

Go to your local store, you and they should look into the situation and you need to be repaired at the depot and the transaction is expected to be able to send them, but it cost.
In addition, make sure that backup everything on your phone and chances are they will a reset while the phone is being repaired
