I really could not find anything about concrete things such as confetti, decorations, etc., which were generally focused on the German. Perhaps favors are unusual in this culture. I have many interesting wedding customs from Germany, but from what I listed here for you. I hope that you some ideas.
* One of the traditional marriage in Germany, which lasted three days. The first day, the couple married in a civil ceremony with just family and close friends. On the second day there to celebrate a large informal party. The third day of the ceremony and the reception place.
* During the ceremony held on the second day, plates and dishes crashed in a practice as Poltrabend. The pieces will bring luck for the couple. The couple has to clean the pieces together, symbolizing that break anything in his house.
* Before the marriage is a marriage diary by the parents of the couple. The magazine includes photos, articles and stories from BRFDI and the bridegroom will be sold at the front desk to pay for their honeymoon.
* Are a couple of nights before the wedding, the groom and his friends drinking in a local pub called the bachelor party.
* Is an old tradition that the father of the bride pay for the wedding together. Today, how can the United States, the couple and the bride's parents throw in the cost.
* The bride should carry salt and bread as a sign of good harvests.
* The bride and groom are grains of good luck and wealth.
* Brides do not personally attended the wedding, with the exception of the flower.
* The bride wears a white ribbon in her field that is connected to the antenna of his car after the ceremony.
* During the ceremony, the couple then kneels, the groom on the wedding dress show Kiel, who is "the pants" in your family. However, if they stand, the bride of May for a different step up to the show.
* Wedding rings are worn on the right hand.
* As the bride and groom exit the ceremonyGuests throwing rice on them. They say that the bride as many children as the grains of rice will have left on the hair.
* As the newlyweds leave the ceremony, throwing coins to children.
* On the way into the position occupied in order to create the couple and their guests to a parade of honking cars in the city.
* At the wedding, it's for the best man to steal the bride, they usually meet in a bar until the groom finds them, often referred to as the kidnapping of the bride. The groom must pay for everything, to drink.
* Is the money, dance or the dance of the veil of a tradition, where guests pay the bride and the groom has to dance with them.
* Friends of the couple outside the apple on the lobby with a ribbon. When leaving the bride and groom, she has to pay a toll, which usually is a promise by the other party.
* The friends often play tricks, such as loosening of the head of the bed, hiding the alarm clock, or across the room with strange things difficult on the first night as husband and wife.
Hot dogs and beer! (Well, maybe for the rehearsal dinner instead of a wedding!)
