Pagans, Christians and all primitive peoples use the symbol of the cross, only interpritation changes. Strangely and paradoxically, the Indians, the Celtics and the Jews once had no idea that others exist, but all cross envoked since antiquity. So, what's the difference ... Well, in principle, all continents were still locked, so that all grow from the same place w / a similar train of thought.
Celtic cross is usually wider at the tip and ring behind it often w / some Knotwork it. The Christian cross is plain ole boring, and I have no idea what the NA appears to be. Service wise, I have no idea because I was not really the religion of the past, the fundamentals of research.
If you look at the two lines intersect the cross. The intersection of May symbolize the reconciliation.
An example is the Indian Medicine Wheel, a circle with a cross. The intersection is in the middle.
The Medicine Wheel has many lessons and cross (the crossing) can symbolize many things in the middle. The creator, the tree of life, a person or a life force, community, nation, humanity, etc.
In the middle symbolizes the effect of teaching four of the Medicine Wheel. (Sections created by the cross)
Some lessons are:
> Four Color
> Four Directions
> Four Gifts For Life
> Four races of man
'Four Stages of Life
> Four building blocks of life
> Four gifts to mankind
and so on
.

The Christian cross and the Celtic crosses have the same root. The Celtic cross dates back to the primitive Celtic Church, an independent Christian church of the Roman Catholic Church, in the 4th and 5 Century in Ireland and Britain emerged.
