i i have weight training 5-7 days a week, cardio and weight gain def basic
eat somewhere between 1000-2000 calories per day (no processed foods, no fried foods, no fat, no milk (lactose tolerance), but I have) a preference for chocolate
my abs hard and I am very muscular in my arms when I flex, and certainly can be found in the leg muscles when I flex (i bike a lot)
uh, if I flex my abs type than 1-3 cm from the skin or fat

This information is enough to know my percentage of fat compared to muscle?
Is there any way I can know?
What is the range for healthy body fat% should I have?
